Why should I sign up?
There are many reasons to sign up for the Crest Customer Connect portal, but basically, we're providing this system because we want to take the stress out of dry cleaning. Here's a few ways you can use the Crest Customer Connect portal to ease your load:
- View your Crest rewards points balance. If you're never quite sure what your Crest rewards balance is, you can simply login to check and know exactly where you stand.
- Update your account information. If you change addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, or credit cards, there's no need to drive to one of our stores or pick up the phone to make sure we're sending your dry cleaning and coupons to the right place—with our portal, you can make changes from your laptop while you're sitting on the couch.
- Check if your orders are ready or not. Run your errands efficiently—stop at the grocery store first if your order isn't quite ready!
- See picked-up orders. Check to see what's been picked up already—this way you don't have to bug your spouse if he or she has already picked up the cleaning.
- Search your garments. Can't find your favorite shirt? Maybe you simply haven't picked it up yet. With our new customer portal, you can see exactly what's waiting for you and what you've brought home, and search by garment type and color. Don't tear apart the closet if you don't have to!
- View each order's invoice. Don't worry about saving receipts—with our new portal, your invoices are online, complete with pricing and coupon information.
- Set your notification preferences. Choose whether you'd like to receive status alerts on orders, and set other notification preferences so you hear from Crest just as much (or as little) as you'd like.
If you're an existing customer:
Use the email address you provided to Crest as your username and the last four digits of your phone number as your password to sign in here. The first time you sign in, you will be asked to provide a password. Remember this password, as this is how you will login in the future.
What if my email address doesn’t work?
You’re likely in our system under a different email address or phone number, or you do not have an email address in our system. Call our main office at 703-714-0070, extenson 100, between the hours of 8am to 3pm Monday through Friday, or contact us online so we can help you set up your account.
If you're a new customer:
Simply click here and fill out your information. When you go to a Crest store, make sure you provide the same last name and phone number as you did when filling out the form, or inform us of any discrepancies.
I lost my password. Help!
Simply click on the “forgot my password” link on the login page to reset it. Contact us if you experience any issues.
How do I know if I already have an account?
If you have completed transactions with Crest Cleaners, you likely have an account. Attempt to sign in using the email address you provided to Crest as your username and the last four digits of your phone number as your password. If you have issues locating your account, it may be under a spouse’s or family member’s information. If you can’t access your account, please call our main office at 703-714-0070, extenson 100, between the hours of 8am to 3pm Monday through Friday, or contact us online and we’ll help you figure it out.

Our Customer Connect portal uses extremely secure technology that has been certified as an assured, identity verified site by Network Solutions. Your information is safe with us.
